For brands

Campaigns that meet your audience in everyday life

With CoolReach, your brand reaches all the way to your audience — on a bottle of water they actually want to take. We place branded water bottles in designer fridges at clinics, hotels and other premium venues where people wait, relax or take a break. It is physical marketing that gets used — not scrolled past.

Physical vs digital

Why it hits harder than a banner

The principle is simple: you pay for the campaign, and the host venue receives the fridge and service free of charge. That makes it easy for good venues to say yes — and gives your brand a natural place where guests have time and calm. Digital exposure disappears when the screen is switched off. A bottle does not.

A digital banner

  • Scrolled past in a second
  • Disappears when the screen is switched off
  • Competes with everything else
  • Easy to ignore

A CoolReach bottle

  • Physically picked up
  • Goes with them into everyday life
  • Encountered in a calm, positive moment
  • A free gift — not an interruption
An example

The health brand at the GP's surgery

Imagine a health brand. Its audience is already sitting in the waiting room. A CoolReach fridge at the clinic gives patients a cold, complimentary bottle carrying the brand — at precisely the moment when health is top of mind. The bottle goes home with them, and the message stays.

Campaign format

Minimum 3 months on a 0.5 L bottle

All campaigns run, as standard, for a minimum of 3 months on our 0.5 L bottle. This gives your brand time to be seen and used repeatedly at the same venues — and provides a solid basis for documentation. Together we find the venue profile and duration that suit your objectives.

Your look

The bottle is tailored to your brand

We tailor the bottle design entirely to your brand and message — from colours and logo to QR code and call to action. An aseptic carton that stands out and gets taken along.

Choose your focus

Product sampling, brand activation and measurement

Three angles on the same medium — choose the one that matches your objectives, or combine them in a single campaign.

Product sampling

Product sampling where your audience actually has time

Product sampling works best when the recipient has the time to notice the product. At CoolReach, your audience encounters your brand on a cold 0.5 L water bottle in a designer fridge — at clinics, hotels and other premium venues where guests are already spending time. They take the bottle themselves; there is no interruption at the door.

When it makes sense

Launching a new product or message, when you want to reach a new audience in a credible context, or when you want to build preference through repeated, physical visibility — rather than a single one-off handout.

Planning in four steps

  1. Objective — what should the campaign support (awareness, first-time purchase, preference)?
  2. Audience — who should encounter the bottle?
  3. Venue types — we agree the types (e.g. clinic, hotel, lounge) with you.
  4. Period — as standard, a minimum of 3 months on 0.5 L at the same venues.

Common pitfalls to avoid

Too short a period; the wrong context for the audience; no plan for what you want documented afterwards. See measurement and documentation.

We design the label together with you and handle production, placement and restocking throughout the period. See also how the concept works.

Brand activation

Brand activation that is held in the hand

Physical marketing that gets used: your brand on a bottle that the guest chooses to take in a calm setting. The bottle and the designer fridge together form the brand surface — visible at the venue and in hand as the guest moves on.

The format is the same: a minimum of 3 months on 0.5 L. It suits brands that want to build awareness and preference through a concrete, physical experience — without interrupting.

Physical / digital interplay

A QR code on the label is optional. CoolReach measures traffic; you decide the destination (landing page, film or offer). The traffic can also be measured in your own tools.

See what it looks like for the host venue.

Measurement

How we measure and document your campaign

We describe the method — not inflated figures. We document what actually happens during the campaign period.

What is typically documented

  • Distribution across venues
  • QR interactions (where QR is chosen)
  • Campaign period
  • Restocking and operations throughout the period
  • Venue types / list (by agreement)

Method and limitations

We do not promise benchmarks, CPM or reach until the figures are documented. Optional digital tracking (e.g. QR) can be agreed; CoolReach measures traffic, and you decide the destination.

What you receive after the campaign

You receive a written summary covering distribution, QR interactions and period.

CSR

Campaigns with social responsibility

CoolReach is a fundraising partner for Børns Vilkår (a Danish children's rights charity). We make a fixed contribution per bottle produced to Børns Vilkår's work for children in Denmark. When you run a campaign with us, your brand thereby also becomes part of a concrete social contribution. Read about the good cause.

FAQ

Frequently asked questions

How long does a campaign run?

A campaign runs for a minimum of 3 months as standard. This gives your brand repeated visibility at the same venues and a better basis for documentation.

Which bottle do you use?

As standard, campaigns run on our 0.5 L bottle with a label designed for your brand.

Where are the bottles placed?

In designer fridges at selected host venues such as clinics, hotels and other premium settings. We agree venue types with you based on your audience.

How do you document the campaign?

Among other things, we document distribution across venues, QR interactions and period. See the section on measurement and documentation.

How does Børns Vilkår fit in?

We make a fixed contribution per bottle produced to Børns Vilkår's work for children in Denmark. Your campaign thereby contributes directly to that work.

How long does it take from agreement to fridges stocked with your bottles?

We agree the timeline from agreement to go-live together.

What files and requirements apply to the label?

We design the label based on your marketing wishes and CTA. We send file requirements when the campaign is set up.

Can we choose a region or venue types?

Yes to venue types: we agree types (clinic, hotel, lounge, etc.) with your audience in mind. Geographically, the network is primarily in Aalborg/North Jutland; the rest of Denmark by arrangement.

What happens after the 3 months?

The period is secondary; the quantity produced is primary. As a rule, the venues are not moved — the relationship typically continues with new campaigns.

What does a campaign cost?

The price depends on the number of venues and the period. We do not publish fixed prices here — book a campaign meeting, and we will prepare a tailored proposal.

Are you a clinic, a hotel or another premium venue? Then you can become a host venue and receive the fridge and service free of charge. If you would first like to understand the full model, read how the concept works.
